Quickstart

This guide takes you from an empty account to a working assistant on Telegram. Every step links to a deeper article when you want the full detail.

Five steps to your first bot#

  1. Create an account

    Sign up with email or Google and create your organization. New organizations start on a 14-day PRO trial — no card required.
  2. Create a bot

    Open Bots → Add bot and give it a name. The bot is created ready to configure — add knowledge and connect a channel next.
  3. Add knowledge

    Go to Knowledge base and add a few articles — FAQs, policies, product info. The bot answers from what you put here, so start with your most common questions.
  4. Test in the Playground

    Open the bot's Playground and chat with it. Tweak the instructions and articles until the answers look right.
  5. Deploy to a channel

    On the Deploy tab, connect Telegram by pasting your bot token. Your assistant is now live for real customers.
