Profile & security
Your account settings are personal to you — separate from organization-wide settings. Here's what you control under Settings.
Personal details#
Under Settings → Personal details you manage:
- Avatar — upload, crop or remove your photo (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB).
- Display name — how you appear to teammates.
- Email — your sign-in address, with a dedicated change flow.
- Backup email and contact phone — optional, for recovery and notifications.
Security#
Keep your account safe:
- Password — change it after verifying your current one.
- Two-factor authentication — add a second step with a one-time code.
- Active sessions — under Team & security, review signed-in devices and revoke any you don't recognize.

Two-factor authentication is the single biggest upgrade to your account's security — especially for Owners and Admins.Preferences#
Tune how the dashboard looks and reads under Settings → General:
- Interface language — pick from the supported languages.
- Theme — Light, Dark or System.
These preferences are yours alone and don't change anything for the rest of your team.
