Your plan sets the limits your organization works within — bots, conversations per month, knowledge size and team seats. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the Billing page at any time.

The plans#

Free

1 bot, 150 conversations/month, 50K knowledge characters. A free starting point.

Pro

5 bots, 2,000 conversations/month, 1.5M knowledge characters. The primary tier for small businesses.

Business

25 bots, 20,000 conversations/month, 15M knowledge characters. For scaling teams.

Enterprise

Custom bots, conversations and limits under a tailored contract.

The free trial#

New organizations start on a 14-day PRO trial — no card required — capped at 500 conversations. When the trial ends, the organization soft-downgrades automatically; subscribe to a paid plan to keep PRO features.

Managing your subscription#

On Billing → Plan you see your current plan, its status (trial, active, or cancelling at period end) and the period end date. From the plans grid you can:

  • Subscribe to or upgrade to a higher tier.
  • Downgrade to a lower tier.
  • Toggle between monthly and yearly billing.
  • Cancel the subscription, or contact sales for Enterprise.

Usage, top-ups & invoices#

The Billing page also covers day-to-day spend:

  • Balance & top-up — your wallet balance and a button to add funds.
  • Usage — tokens and cost over time, exportable to CSV.
  • Invoices — a record of charges you can download.

Watch limits before they bite

Conversations and knowledge size are capped by plan. If you're nearing a limit, upgrade ahead of time so service isn't interrupted.
