Introduction

VirtuOps lets you build an AI assistant from your own knowledge, connect it to Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or your website, and hand off to a human operator the moment a conversation needs one — all from a single dashboard.

What is VirtuOps?#

VirtuOps is a customer-support automation platform. You give an assistant — we call it a bot — a set of instructions and a knowledge base, deploy it to your channels, and it starts handling conversations on its own.

When the bot can't resolve something, it does what a good agent would:

  • answers from your articles, sheets and connected tools;
  • escalates to a live operator using rules you define;
  • logs every conversation so you can measure and improve.

How it fits together#

Five building blocks cover the whole lifecycle of an assistant. Each has its own section in these docs:

  • Bots — the assistant itself: model, instructions, handoff rules.
  • Knowledge base — the articles your bot answers from.
  • Channels — where customers reach it: Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, web widget.
  • Integrations & tools — actions the bot can take in your systems (APIs, Google Sheets, Notion).
  • Inbox — where your team takes over live conversations.

Who it’s for#

VirtuOps is built for small and growing teams that get more messages than they can answer by hand — online stores, service businesses, SaaS support. You don't need to write code to get started, and you can grow into custom API actions when you do.
