Account & organization

Everything in VirtuOps lives inside an organization. Here's how to create yours, bring in your team, and keep your account secure.

Creating your account#

Sign up with an email and password or with Google. Email sign-up verifies your address with a one-time code, then asks for your name, organization name and a password.

Your first organization is created automatically and starts on a 14-day PRO trial.

Your organization#

The organization is your shared workspace — it owns your bots, knowledge, contacts, conversations and billing. In Settings → Organization you can set the name, timezone and default language.

If you belong to more than one organization, switch between them from the organization menu in the top-left of the dashboard.

Inviting your team#

Open Members → Invite, enter an email and choose a role:

  • Owner — full control, including billing.
  • Admin — manages bots, knowledge and members.
  • Operator — handles live chats in the Inbox.

Invited members get a link to join. You can adjust per-member permissions and limits later from the member panel.

Profile & security#

In Settings → Personal details you manage your name, avatar, password and two-factor authentication. Under Team & security you can review active sessions and sign out devices you no longer use.

Keep the Owner secure

The Owner account controls billing and can remove members. Protect it with a strong password and two-factor authentication.
